Rania Hatoum uses her keen eye for detail and the use of luxurious fabrics to create stunning designs. She expresses her vision and sentiment through each handcrafted piece. Her travels across the world has fascinated her through immeasurable ways, as it has provided her with different experiences and emotions, but nothing intrigues her senses more than the intricate and delicate world of Bridal.
The Dream
Raised in Hong Kong, Rania’s interest and inspiration for fashion was started at a young age, as her parents have successful businesses in the international apparel industry for over 30 years. Rania is culturally diverse, as she is half Chinese and half Egyptian.
Encouraged to pursue her lifelong dream, she moved to the United States to obtain a Bachelor of fine arts degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. After graduation, she worked in New York with a designer to gain hands on experience in the bridal and evening wear industry where she was inspired to create her own bridal collection in 2010, which was showcased during New York Bridal Week and Harrogate Bridal Show U.K
Hatoum has recently been featured in Vogue Italia, Vogue España, Brides Magazine, Brides Magazine UK, Southern Tatler, and Hong Kong Tatler.
